Please be at the game no later then 30 minutes before start of game to allow for warm up.
CLOTHING/UNIFORM: Please be sure your child is dressed appropriately. If it is cold, long sleeve shirt under the jersey and dark sweats or leggings under the shorts. ALL PLAYERS MUST WEAR SHIN GUARDS AND SOCCER SHOES WITH PLASTIC/RUBBER CLEAT BOTTOMS. Shin guards go UNDER the socks. Shirts are to be tucked in. Double knot the cleats or tape the strings down to prevent them from coming undone. Keep them warm, but do no over bundle them. The temp goes up as the morning goes on and the sun and the running warms them up pretty quick. Jackets can be warn on the sidelines, but must be removed on the field so their jersey can been seen. (NOTE: No jewelry, earrings or hard hair barrettes/beads will be worn during game play.)
SNACKS: Snacks may be assigned by team parent or self-assigned by parent for each game. Half-time snacks should be fruit (bananas, orange slices, grapes, watermelon, etc.). Drinks are sport drinks or fruit drinks (juice boxes) or water. After game snacks are usually chips, cookies, or something like that. Please be cautious of nut allergies!!!!
