A GROUPME TEAM APP COULD really HELP YOU KEEP ORGANIZED....
1. Make sure to have an accurate roster of all the players and families in your team, including their email address, and cell phone numbers.
2. Using that roster, you can create a TEAM SITE using GroupMe App or you can ask the Board for help on this. This is a great free tool that allows parents to interact and receive information more efficiently. The board will provide Admin rights to the officials so you're able to add the athlete's parents/guardians information for accessibility. This includes:
3. Encourage the parents to use both the GroupMe team app as well as the club's Twitter and Facebook accounts.
4. Any questions, please talk to your coach and the board.
